Roll Caskett from Mega Man Legends; an original 3D model made in Blender.

This model is fully rigged and poseable, has a handful of shape keys for mouth movement and eye-blinking, and saved hand poses for holding the wrench and gun. Basically it has everything needed to be a VRChat avatar, since that was the platform I designed it for.

Included are a few different versions; they are:

Unjoined - This is the definitive version. It includes the base model and all of the various accessories (jacket, hat/hair-without-hat, wrench, gun) as separate objects, so you can enable/disable them as you want. There are also copies of the wrench and gun appropriately positioned in each hand to match the hand poses.

Joined - Same as Unjoined except all the objects have been joined together into a single mesh, with shape keys controlling the visibility of each optional part. It's more efficient as a VRChat avatar this way, apparently. Probably not as useful overall as the Unjoined version but I've included it for convenience.

High(er)-Poly - Originally when making this model it used a lot of modelled-in details + surface materials with minimal actual texturing (I kinda got carried away playing around with Blender's ray-tracing renderer). This meant the polycount was a bit absurd in some areas and in general was badly optimized for VRChat. Eventually I just decided to overhaul the visual style and simplify the geometry (mostly in the shorts and the shoes) in favor of textured-in details. I think the newer version looks much better but I've decided to include the old one just for fun.

Unjoined-for-render - A copy of Unjoined that I used to make the posed render that shows off all the accessories. Included just for fun.

All models are in Blender's native format, since that's what I use, but I have also included exported DAE and FBX versions of each .blend file in case you need another format. (note: I doubt anyone cares but I couldn't get the Unjoined-for-render version to export to DAE correctly, sorry)

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me through one of my socials (which can all be found through my website). Thanks again!
